Rare Antique Thewlis & Co. Warrington Cross Peen Type Hammer Head England Made

I looked up the history of Thewlis & Co. and I believe this company was in Warrington England ??? I could not find out much more. This is a very rare hammer head. I could not find another like it. It is rough and it has dings metal ware and two chips. There are chips on both faces. You can make out most of the makers marks Thewlis & Co Warrington on the flat face. It looks like some kind of an animal face logo and I see SEP and more worn letters on one of the sides of the hammer.
