1800's RARE Barn Cat McGuffey's Teacher Reading Chart Schoolhouse Double Sided

Incredibly Rare McGuffey’s Reading Chart ~ double sided and used by schoolhouse teachers in the early classroom to teach sentence structure, punctuation and cursive. The copperplate etching artwork used on both sides is by the artist Weisbrodt. These are large, standing 31.5″ tall x 25 3/4″ wide x 3cm thick, original metal grommets and possibly original hanging ribbon.
Rare~ in all the research I’ve done I cannot find any others like this.
There is some fixing and a little water marking on some of the edges, otherwise in great condition considering the age of this piece. Please see photos*
